Update Payment Information
Once you’ve logged in, click the “Active” button on the recurring donations page. Then you’ll click the “Change” link under Payment Information. Enter your new card information and then click “Update Card”.
To update the card information on file for your recurring donation, you’ll need to login to your Donorbox account here.
